개인정보 처리방침

Own Your Life (OYL)은 사용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여깁니다. 본 방침은 앱이 어떠한 데이터를 수집하고 처리하는지에 대해 명확하게 설명합니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

Own Your Life는 개발사 측에서 어떠한 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다.

• 계정 생성 없음 — 이메일, 이름, 전화번호 등을 요구하지 않습니다.
• 분석 SDK 없음 — Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel 등 어떤 분석 도구도 포함되어 있지 않습니다.
• 광고 없음 — 광고 네트워크나 광고 식별자를 사용하지 않습니다.
• 추적 없음 — 사용자의 행동, 위치, 또는 기기 정보를 추적하지 않습니다.

2. 데이터 저장 방식

앱에 입력한 모든 데이터(할 일, 일정, 습관, 메모 등)는 기기의 로컬 저장소(localStorage)에만 저장됩니다. 개발사의 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.

3. 선택적 클라우드 동기화

사용자가 원할 경우 아래의 클라우드 동기화 옵션을 직접 설정할 수 있습니다. 이 기능은 선택 사항이며, 사용자가 직접 제공한 자격 증명(credential)을 통해 사용자 본인의 계정으로만 연결됩니다.

개발사는 위 클라우드 서비스의 내용에 접근할 수 없으며, 해당 데이터에 대한 책임을 지지 않습니다.

4. 제3자 데이터 공유

개발사는 사용자의 데이터를 제3자에게 공유, 판매, 임대하지 않습니다. 공유할 데이터 자체를 수집하지 않기 때문입니다.

5. 앱 구매 모델

Own Your Life는 현재 무료 앱으로, 인앱 결제(IAP), 구독, 광고가 없습니다. 모든 기능은 다운로드 즉시 잠금 해제됩니다. 향후 일회성 유료 모델로 전환될 수 있으며, 그 경우에도 무료 기간에 다운로드한 사용자에게는 그대로 모든 기능이 유지됩니다. 결제 처리(추후 유료 전환 시)는 Apple App Store에서 담당하며, 개발사는 결제 정보에 접근할 수 없습니다.

6. 아동 개인정보 보호

Own Your Life는 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 의도적으로 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

7. 개인정보 처리방침 변경

본 방침이 변경될 경우, 앱 업데이트를 통해 새로운 방침을 공지합니다. 중요한 변경 사항이 있을 경우 시행일 전에 별도 안내드립니다.

1. Information We Collect

Own Your Life collects no personal information on the developer's side.

• No accounts — we never ask for your email, name, phone number, or any credentials.
• No analytics SDKs — no Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, or any tracking tools are included.
• No ads — we do not use ad networks or advertising identifiers.
• No tracking — we do not track your behavior, location, or device information.

2. Data Storage

All data you enter in the app (tasks, events, habits, notes, etc.) is stored locally on your device (localStorage). Nothing is transmitted to the developer's servers.

3. Optional Cloud Sync

You may optionally configure one of the following cloud sync providers. This feature is entirely opt-in and connects only to your own account using credentials you provide directly.

The developer cannot access the contents of these cloud services and is not responsible for them.

4. Third-Party Data Sharing

The developer does not share, sell, or rent your data to any third party. We do not collect data to share in the first place.

5. Purchase Model

Own Your Life is currently free with no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or ads. All features are unlocked immediately upon download. The app may transition to a one-time paid model in the future; users who downloaded during the free period will keep full access at no additional cost. Payment processing (if and when paid) is handled entirely by the Apple App Store; the developer has no access to your payment information.

6. Children's Privacy

Own Your Life is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published via an app update. For material changes, we will provide advance notice before the effective date.
